Tropical Storm Ana forms over the Atlantic | Tropical Storm Ana 2009. Tropical Storm Ana has formed over the Atlantic and could strengthen as it heads toward the Leeward Islands, forecasters said Saturday.

The National Hurricane Center in Miami said Ana could trigger a tropical storm watch for parts of the Leeward Islands later Saturday. It may pick up speed and approach the islands by Monday, the hurricane center said. It was 1,010 miles east of the islands early Saturday.

News Channel 8 meteorologist Megan Hatton said Ana could hit the East coast of Florida as a tropical storm by Thursday; it's still uncertain what the impact could be on the Tampa Bay area. Via tbo.com

Cash For Clunkers Voucher allowing the car traders to get a voucher documentation if your desired car is not in the lot and in the pipeline. The Cash for Clunkers was active for sometime and many people traded in their old cars for a discount on a more fuel efficient car.

According to the program “NHTSA has clarified that consumers who want to purchase new vehicles not yet on dealer lots can still be eligible for the CARS program. Dealers and consumers who have reached a valid purchase and sale agreement on a vehicle already in the production pipeline will be able to work with the manufacturer to receive the documentation needed to qualify for the program.”

According to Ecoautoninja this week week Rep. Candice Miller (R-Mich) and Rep. Fred Upton (R-Mich), contacted the Secretary of Transportation, Ray LaHood, petitioning him to let people looking to take advantage of the Cash for Clunkers program, to use vouchers to order cars from manufacturers.

American swimmer Michael Phelps was involved in a car accident. On Thursday night, the accident took place in Baltimore, Maryland, according to police. a police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi told the reporters the two cars were collided about 9 p.m. Thursday night and Phelps was driving one of the cars.

He also said the car accident was under investigation.

"Phelps was being interviewed, he said, but would not disclose where the interview was taking place."

According to Chris Mortenson on ESPN.com, former Atlanta Falcons QB Michael Vick has signed a two-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles. Vick’s agent Joel Segal confirmed this deal. Vick arrived in Philadelphia Tuesday morning and remained there Wednesday evening.

Kitty, Daisy and Lewis are the musical guests and their segment is definitely not to be missed. They are are the most talented three-piece band, each of them are multi-instrumentalists, they can play guitar, piano, banjo, lapsteel guitar, harmonica, double bass, ukulele, drums, trombone, xylophone and accordion. After a while, they also have included their dad (Graeme) on acoustic guitar and then later mum (Ingrid) on double bass.
